1. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to digital images, nature and landscape photography prints, text, graphics, logos, and user interface designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Trail Sweeps SPC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, modify, or exploit any digital or physical photography prints purchased or viewed on this website without explicit, written permission from us.

2. E-COMMERCE & PHOTO PRINT SALES

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices for physical prints or digital downloads are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Shipping & Fulfillment: Physical print orders are fulfilled through our integrated storefront infrastructure. Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Refunds & Returns: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of photographic prints, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact support within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damage to request a replacement.

3. WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES PARTICIPATION

By entering our Weekly Sweepstakes, you agree to follow the official sweepstakes rules posted on our site.

  • No Purchase Necessary: As detailed in our Official Rules, no purchase, payment, or commercial transaction is required to enter or win.
  • User-Submitted Content: If you submit a photo documenting collected trail trash to enter the sweepstakes, you grant Trail Sweeps SPC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that image on our website, leaderboard, and social media channels for promotional purposes. You certify that you own the rights to the image and that it depicts real collected trash.
  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the weekly sweepstakes at any time for any reason (including technical failure, fraud, or changing business needs) without liability, in accordance with Washington State promotional regulations.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trail Sweeps SPC, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website, the purchase or handling of physical prints, or your voluntary participation in outdoor trail cleanups for the sweepstakes. You assume all physical risks associated with outdoor hiking and trash collection activities.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
